A bed with storage and LED lighting combines several functions: a place to sleep, under-bed storage, decorative lighting and often a charging unit for your smartphone or tablet. This can be particularly useful in homes where floor space is limited. However, these combination models can be more complex than they first appear. Eye-catching LED lighting alone tells you little about the storage capacity, stability or which mattress is suitable.
Many beds come with integrated lighting, but you may need to connect the power supply yourself. Check whether the LED strip, power adapter, remote control and app control are actually included.
