Foil balloons for parties and birthdays are quick to choose – but not every offer will suit your planned use. A balloon can look considerably larger in the product photo than it does once displayed in your room. Details such as “suitable for helium” or “reusable” should also be examined more closely: the key factors are the material, closure, size and intended filling.

Fill foil balloons slowly and follow the instructions provided by the supplier. Overfilling can put strain on the seams and foil. Keep balloons away from naked flames, radiators and sharp objects.
For children’s birthday parties, remember: uninflated or damaged balloons must be kept out of children’s reach. Latex and foil remnants may pose a choking hazard.
