1. For quality issues, the buyer may request a refund or reshipment or replacement parts within 30 days of the final customer receiving the item. The cost of reshipping will be borne by the seller.

The purchase includes a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. In the event of a manufacturing defect, the buyer may request a refund, partial reshipment, or full reshipment within the warranty period.
