This trash can is very useful when it is hung under the cabinet door. However, when I unpacked it after delivery, I found that the handle on one side was missing. Everything else is in good condition.
The delivery of the package was very poor. I placed an order over the weekend and received an email on Monday saying that the package would be delivered on Tuesday. I specially arranged to wait at home for a day, but it didn't arrive. Instead, I received an email asking me to pick it up at the pick-up point. I went to pick it up on Wednesday morning and was told that the package had not arrived yet and that I would probably not be able to pick it up until after 3 p.m. I made a wasted trip and came back to wait again. It was like I wasted another day on Wednesday for the package. I sent a message to the online customer service but didn't even get a reply. This is a bad review.
